I brought the pickup cab home today. The top photo shows the color of the sealer primer. The firewall was painted "Copperhead Metallic Pearl" in preparation for installing the cab on the chassis, and not removing it later. If I leave the engine and transmission in the chassis, it would have made it hard to paint the firewall. The "finish" paint really sparkles in the sunlight.I'll start installing the cab and front end sheet metal this week-end, and will attempt to setup a checklist of items to be done before I return the body to Jim Cameron for painting.
