Denver Trip, Day 7
Well, the time has come to return to 90-degree weather. Marilyn and I left Teri & David's house with the temperature at 42 degrees. We returned the rent car and waited for our flight to leave. We were welcomed to Austin with some 96 degree weather.After we got home, and got the luggage unloaded, I got out and started mowing. The grass and weeds were pretty tall, and I ended up running the mower over the yard twice, just to get rid of some of the clippings that were left.
It was a great trip that we thoroughly enjoyed, but we were looking forward to sleeping in our own bed again.
