Harry's Hotrod Corner

Marilyn and I made a quick trip to the Valley this week-end. We left around 5:30AM on Saturday, and encountered rain all the way down to Alice. Francis was there, working with his mowers and cutting grass. I drove over to Camco and saw the pickup progress, and talked to Jim for a few minutes. I went back after lunch and discussed some details about hanging the doors, (and installing door latches). There won't be any door handles, so we're going to install some latches that will operate via a remote device.

Marilyn & I had some great mexican food at "Tico's" Saturday evening with Kevin and Laura, then went back to the motel to get some sleep. We had intended to go to church in Edinburg, but rain and cold weather changed our minds. We left around 9AM for the return trip to Hutto, and ran out of the rain around Three Rivers. We stopped for lunch at the Texas Roadhouse in Pflugerville, and had a great meal, (with carry-out leftovers).
