Exhaust System, (Partial)
I started working on the exhaust system on Friday, worked on it some Saturday, and finally got this far today. It took a while to get everything to fit correctly, I took a lot more time fitting, cutting, and trimming than a muffler shop would do. With the way that I did it, the back of the mufflers are equi-distant from the back side of the headers, and are laterally and vertically equalized. The mufflers are stainless steel and the pipe is aluminized steel, so I'm going to use band exhaust clamps to connect the exhaust pipe, mufflers, and tail pipes.
The photo on the top was taken after I applied a couple coats of high-temp aluminum paint from Krylon.

Is this your welding class returning dividends??
Yes, but the quality is not as good as I'd like. I suppose I'll get better with each pipe that I weld.
